These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Amazon Seller Support. (“we,” “our,” “us”) to clients (“you,” “your”). By engaging our Amazon-related services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide professional Amazon services including but not limited to:

  • Amazon Complete Account Management
  • A+ Content & Storefront Design
  • Product Launch & Growth Services
  • Amazon FBA Preparation
  • Global Marketplace Expansion
  • Brand Registry & Protection
  • Account Reinstatement Services
  • Seller Central Training

Each service will be outlined in a Service Agreement or Proposal specific to the client, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete account access (where required) including Amazon Seller Central credentials, product data, and relevant documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's seller policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Supply correct information, images, certificates, or invoices where needed for compliance or reinstatement.
  • Maintain responsibility for legal ownership of products, trademarks, and intellectual property listed on Amazon.

3. Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee sales, rankings, or reinstatement outcomes as these are subject to Amazon's policies and marketplace conditions.
  • Any timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness, Amazon's processing times, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for account suspensions, delays, or penalties caused by client non-compliance, false documentation, or Amazon's independent decisions.

4. Fees & Payments

  • All fees will be outlined in the proposal or invoice.
  • Payments must be made as per agreed milestones or schedules.
  • Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
  • Additional costs (e.g., Amazon ads budget, shipping, packaging materials, or third-party software) are the responsibility of the client.

5. Confidentiality & Data Security

  • We will treat all client information, account details, and business data as strictly confidential.
  • You agree not to disclose our proprietary strategies, reports, or internal processes to third parties.
  • Both parties agree to maintain data protection practices in line with applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative assets (A+ content, storefront designs, graphics, and copywriting) developed under our services remain your property once full payment has been made. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work as part of our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are service providers and not affiliated with Amazon. Decisions made by Amazon regarding suspensions, reinstatements, approvals, or compliance are beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost profits, penalties, or damages resulting from Amazon's policies, delays, or client non-compliance. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If termination occurs after services have begun, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
